Customers are responsible for any personal expenses incurred during the tour
 
Accepted Payment Methods : Credit card payments processed securely via Stripe
 
Payment Timing : Payment is charged at the time of booking confirmation
 
Delivery of Servic :  The walking tour service is provided on the date and time selected at the time of booking
 
Cancellations and Refunds : Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled tour start time are eligible for a 75% refund
 
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the tour start time are non-refundable.
 
In the event the tour is cancelled by the organizer due to weather, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be issued.
